I always thought it as very open-mind...Wonderful! <br /><br />I always thought it as very open-minded for a western classical label (Archiv Music) specializing in pre-Mozart repertoire could also come up with occasional surprises such as this one (which I have seen or even heard of). Archiv Music also published a set of three Balinese gamelan LPs which I love listening to. The 1970s were in some ways the real "mother-lode" of world music releases before the media and audience began to name the music "World Music," actively seek it out, and go to concerts. There were people in the 1980s who would proudly proclaim at parties that they were "world music" fans.
